The largest independent Microsoft Dynamics partner in the world, the DXC team in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific supports over 1,200 customer sites in the region. We specialise in new implementations and upgrades to cloud-based industry-specific solutions, powered by **Microsoft Dynamics 365**.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the end-to-end support and enhancement of D365 CE and integration solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform and associated technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the managed services team.
- Delivery Expertise and Point of Contact: TDMs serve as the primary point of contact for all technical delivery commitments made by DXC to clients.
- Ensure seamless execution of services and solutions by understanding the offering thoroughly, addressing technical queries, and managing delivery expectations.
- Building Strong Client Relationships: establish trust with clients, understand technical objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Accountability for Efficiency and Insights: accountable for productivity and efficiency goals, leveraging automation, analytics, and data-driven insights.
- Operational Excellence and Delivery Assurance: hands-on delivery leads with a requirement to dive into details, ensuring outcomes meet expectations.
- Leveraging Innovation and Value Creation: collaborate with capability and offering teams to bring innovative technologies and ideas to the table.
- Service Quality: build and manage quality discipline across services ensuring consistent excellence.
- Team Management: lead their teams, focusing on engagement, skill development, and recognition.
**Experience Required**
- Proven experience in overseeing technical managed services delivery within the D365 CE environment
- Extensive knowledge of D365 CE architecture, configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies
- Strong leadership skills
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
- Client Centric attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach
