Are you a seasoned Change Manager looking to lead transformative projects? We’re seeking someone with three years of experience in Change Management to play a pivotal role in our innovative systems project.

In this role, you’ll oversee User Acceptance Testing for our state-of-the-art system, develop and implement a change management plan, build vital relationships across sectors, and contribute to fostering equitable outcomes for diverse communities.

Plus, you’ll collaborate closely with experts in a flexible, hybrid work environment, offering a unique opportunity to leave your mark on a high-profile project.
