**About Us**:
Our website says that we create clean and hygienic workplaces for our clients in Auckland, the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, but in reality, what we do is so much more important.
We solve the biggest problem in the cleaning industry, which is bridging the gap between underpaid cleaning professionals and businesses that always seem to be complaining about the cleaners.
How do we do this? - Just by making sure our team is properly trained from the start, well resourced and remunerated, so that we can actually do the job that our clients expect us to deliver.
I guess you could say that we’re on a mission to change the cleaning industry and every person in it, for the better.
**About you**:
We’re looking for a special breed of human, who is equally motivated by career progression and the rewards that come with it while being a generally decent human being who doesn’t compromise on theirs, or ours, morals.
You’ll need to be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment that changes quickly. As a fast-growing company, our systems and structure adapt and you need to be able to roll with that.
The ability to lead by example is crucial. From time to time you’ll need to jump on the tools and demonstrate the knowledge and practical ability that our franchisees, team and clients will all expect from you.
**What you might be doing now**:
You definitely don’t need to be from the cleaning industry to be successful in this role, you could come from Hospo, Retail, Trades & Services or Tourism, basically any industry where you deal with people and comfortable spinning more than one plate at a time.
You might be a restaurant manager, store manager, operations manager, field manager or any role that requires leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for is solid people, with untapped potential ready to step up and grow for us and with us.
