We are currently seeking a BusinessDevelopmentSpecialistto join our team with full responsibilities tohelp develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Prospectfornewclientsbynetworking,advertisingorothermeansofgeneratinginterestfrompotentialclients,andturnthisintoincreasedbusiness.
- Meetpotentialclientsbygrowing,maintaining,andleveragingnetwork.
- Planpersuasive approaches andpitches that willconvincepotential clients topurchase ourservices,
- Researchandbuildrelationshipswithnewclients.
- Developdigitalmediastrategieswithbusinessgoalsalignedwiththecompanysvision.
- Developarapportwithnewclients,andsettargetsforsalesandprovidesupportthatwillcontinuallyimprovetherelationship.
- Run day to day socialmedia and searchengine optimization auditsto ensure bestpracticesarebeingused.
- Identifyingmarketingtrendsandclientsneedsshiftsandadvisingandorganizingbothonlineandphysicaladvertising&promotionactivities
- Supportingbusinessgrowthanddevelopmentthroughthepreparationandimplementationofmarketingobjectivesandpoliciesandplans.
- Usingknowledgeofthemarketandcompetitors,identifyanddeveloptheorganizationsuniquesellingpropositionsanddifferentiation.
- CreateandmonitorGoogleAdsmarketingcampaignsandcoordinatewiththegraphicsteamtocreateengagingdisplay ads.
- Presenttoandconsultmanagementonbusinesstrendswithaviewtodevelopingnewservices,products,anddistributionchannels.
- MaintainSEOregularkeywordresearchandotherbestpractices.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback andinformationonmarketandcreativetrends.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree in relevant major
- Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industryis not essential but preferred
- Goodknowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
