**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
Behind all the road and public transport networks runs a busy Central Control Room and Support Team based in Central, Auckland. This fast-paced environment is on the go 24/7 and we need enthusiastic, agile and tech savvy Central Control Operators to join our team.
As an Operator you will work closely with parking and transport officers, monitoring car park systems, dispatching and managing incident responses, and dealing with customer queries and leading and mentoring others who also respond. You will also be prioritising incident responses with limited resources.
**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
We are looking for a team player with at least 2 years of customer service experience. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication and are able to work within a high-pressure environment and proven ability to distribute work activity across multidisciplinary staff.
You will be technically savvy, able to operate Microsoft Applications and CRM systems along with other software that we use.
You will also need to be physically fit, as in the event of a civil emergency response you will need to be able to lift up to 15kg of equipment to back up sites across Auckland.

This is a full time position with a rotating roster which will require you to work the weekends sometimes so flexibility is a must.
