**Our Vacancy**

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, computer-savvy individual to join our Control Room team. The successful applicant will be someone who excels under pressure and is eager to learn.

Our Control Room Operators are the primary point of contact for our company, providing efficient and courteous customer service to clients, staff and the general public.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must, and any experience with monitoring software would be a huge bonus

Full training will be given, including mandatory industry training and NZQA Qualifications.

**Day to day responsibilities include**:

- Answering phones
- Data Entry
- Client Enquiries
- Monitoring of customer alarms
- Dispatch & process jobs to our mobile team
- Process client alarm signals
- Monitoring welfare of on duty personnel
**Key skills and experience required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reliable & hard working
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritise duties
- Excellent multi-tasking
- Team player
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to learn from mistakes
