**The Role and responsibilities**:

- In this role you will work closely with the 2 Partners and Assist with:

- Monthly billing and accounts reporting/management;
- Document and file management of multiple files;
- Liaising with clients and other parties;
- Attending to e-filing processes;
- Organising travel, flights and accommodation;
- Ad hoc administration duties

**About You**:

- As an experienced Admin Assistant, ideally you will have a legal administrative background and you will also be/have:

- Intermediate to advanced PC skills in a range of systems and tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Previous admin experience is desirable but not essential
- A proactive and positive work ethic
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team
