Personal Assistant

Our customer is an accounting firm that offers services such as tax consulting, personal tax returns, business tax returns and streamlined tax filing for expats in NZ. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organised person to be Personal Assistant and Receptionist to the principal consultant of the firm.
This job will ideally be for the holiday season when some people are on leave. The role has the potential to become permanent, should the person wants to continue or make a career in the accounting and financial business.
Some of the duties may include:
- Answering phone calls and providing guidance about the services that the company offer.
- Book appointments for the consultants of the team.
- Manage schedule and availability so the company can onboard new customer.
- Assist with other office and logistic duties.
To be successful in this role you may need:
- Great attitude and responsibility.
- Great phone manners and communication skills.
- Preferred to have background or expertise in the accounting/financial industry, but not essential
