**As Part of #TeamGallagher you will**
- Develop trusted partner relationships, contribute to department strategy, lead global CoE people strategies, provide leadership on organisational design and talent management.
- Challenge assumptions, provide feedback and coaching, encourage innovative thinking about people strategy.
- Contribute to group-wide strategy, lead strategic change and continuous improvement, provide feedback loops for new initiatives and improvements.
- Facilitate and deliver People processes and initiatives, including managing employee relations as needed.
- Foster a growth-driven culture, strong relationships, role model engaged behaviours, support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives.

**Key Experience and Attributes for Success**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related field
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Leader/Senior People Business Partner in commercial environments
- Deep expertise across all core People disciplines
- Experience in globally distributed businesses (desirable)
- Strong business acumen, balancing commercial performance with people strategy
- Wide-ranging technical HR knowledge with agility in handling complex employee relations
- Co-designing, developing, and successfully delivering end-to-end People projects
- Skilled in leadership coaching and providing constructive feedback
- Strong connector, collaborator, and empowering leader
