Job Responsibilities: As the Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of Tieke Cafe and Bar. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members to maximize their potential.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the cafes daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Implement efficient procedures to optimize productivity and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Functions and Events: Coordinate and manage a variety of functions and golf events, from small gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.
Qualifications and Skills: To be considered for the position of Venue Manager, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Duty Manager License: Hold a valid duty manager license, allowing you to manage licensed premises and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all.
- Leadership Abilities: Showcase strong leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, effectively managing various tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a cafe, bar, or restaurant setting, will be highly advantageous.
