**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager for a restaurant group with three establishments in Hawke's Bay. The Group Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Owner/Operator to manage all aspects of the business across all three day-time operation establishments, including provision of effective leadership to the management team.

**What you'll be doing**:
We need a highly motivated individual who possesses the drive and know-how to push and maintain the business' market representing the new Hawkes Bay, with the ability to conceptualise, project, and promote the outstanding local produce, wine, and idealistic lifestyleachievable in residence in the area.

- Staff rostering, recruitment, contracts, induction & training
- Ensure high level of staff morale &discipline
- Oversee planning of events/functions
- Wage monitoring & accounts
- Maintain health & safety online programme
- Maintain the group wage cost at under 44%
- Retention of intellectual property of the group, systems documentation & equipment maintenance files kept up to date
- Supervise cleaning & maintenance of the sites
- Key planning for growth, implementation of plans & reporting
- Encourage efficiencies between sites, leveraging off the groups capacity

- Full-time permanent position, 7am-3pm (flexible), approx. 50 hrs p/w
- $75 KPA - negotiable, dependent on experience

**Skills & Experience**:

- Restaurant management experience
- Experience managing/training/leading a team
- Self-motivated and organisational skills
- Wine knowledge
- Computer skills
- Experience with SwiftPos or equivalent (pricing/stock control software)
- The right to live and work in New Zealand
