Were seeking an experienced hospitality**Duty Manager**to join our team in**Union Post.**This is a Full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed.
**Role**:
- Management of staff on shift
- Uphold Liquor Licensing laws
- Carry out day-to-dayrunning of the bar & restaurant
- Training new employees
- Stock control
- Providing the high level of customer care our company strives for
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
We view this as a long-term position within our group and will provide coaching and training for personal growth. Starting with a six week training plan to get you settled into the way GSH do things.
**Previous Experience**:
- Have a passion for the hospitality industry
- Hold a valid managers cert for 1+ years
- Have 1+ Years experience in similar leadership role
- Have great written and oral communication
- Able to work well within a team
