**The Opportunity**
Food and Beverage management role in a fast paced events catering organisation. Every day is different
**What you'll be doing**:
- Management and rostering of all F&B staff
- Ordering & stock control of FOH supplies including bar
- Process banking for CFC events / arrange floats for CFC events
- Maintain a positive relationship with all venue & events staff
- Use of Priava for admin, & management of all events
- Liaise & book external vendors when required
- Monitor & ensure all health safety & sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service to customers & excellent leadership to employees
**What's on offer**:
- Full-time permanent role in an exciting ever-changing workplace
- 40 hour week, $58-73KPA (negotiable)
- Five day working week will include weekends & some evenings
**Skills & Experience**:
- Professional approach & relevant industry experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organisation & time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- **The right to permanently live & work in New Zealand**
