**Responsibilities**:

- ** Operational**
- ** Manage the day-to-day operations and scheduling**
- ** Ensuring timely billing and payments**
- ** Ensuring effective inventory management**
- ** Smooth operations of clinic activities across three sites in the Auckland region and our Gisborne clinic (requires overnight travel)**
- ** Overview and active management of the clinic Patient Management System(Medtech Evolution)**
- ** Managing after-hours weekend hotline**
- ** Team Leadership**
- ** Empowering the receptionist to deal with enquiries and follow-up calls**
- ** Coordinating the team of doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants**
- ** Manage staff and ensure a positive work environment**
- ** Quality Improvement**
- ** Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective practice operations**
- ** Responsible for record keeping**
- ** Responsible for government reporting**
- ** Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements**
- ** Achieving and maintaining relevant accreditation requirements**
- ** Marketing**
- ** Develop and maintain marketing programs**
- ** Maintain relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare providers**
- ** Manage the practice website, including ongoing web development, content creation and updates**
- ** Manage social media and digital presence**
- ** Developing and maintaining customer feedback system for quality improvement**

**Desirable attributes**:

- ** Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field**
- ** Experience in customer service and practice management are desirable**
- ** Strong leadership with superior written and verbal communication skills**
- ** Goodtime management skills**
- ** Interest in health IT innovations and process automation**
- ** Awarenessof healthcare regulations and compliance requirements**
- ** Resilience in working under pressure with competing priorities and tight deadlines**
- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team**
- ** Experience in website and social media maintenance
