Are you an experienced Digital Integration People Leader seeking a new opportunity?

Due to increased business growth we have a newly created role for an experienced integration digital line manager to join a progressive NZ owned consultancy business.

Supporting an established integration delivery team, you will provide a high level of leadership as well as working in a hands-on capacity as required to ensure a high level of digital solution across a broad range of customers throughout NZ.
- Ideally 3-5 years demonstrable experience in leading and line-managing teams of developers, technical leads, and architects.
- A digital background with MS integration, with the ability to be hands-on with integration design projects if required.
- Experience working within a customer-facing position with pre-sales activities and project-led integration experience preferred.
- Ability to drive the commercial engagements for the team.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience working within a consultancy business will be an advantage.
