**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our highly collaborative and dynamic team of dedicated people working hard to improve the lives of Kiwis on a daily basis. Reporting directly to the Team Leader - Work Management Centre, you will deal with clients to gain an understanding of client issues and job requirements before raising job orders accurately in a timely fashion.

You will ensure effective and efficient Help Desk system support is maintained for the Full Facilities Contract through:

- Identifying customer’s needs and information by attending to phone calls and verifying information
- Identifying any risk, complaints and coordinate escalations where required troubleshoot with Team Leader and Schedulers
- Maintaining regular communication with operations teams and schedulers to coordinate jobs

**About you**:
Ideally, you have demonstrable experience in a similar role within a large facilities or construction company where customer service is paramount. Highly committed to delivering service excellence, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Your communication skills, as well as your initiative to go beyond the call of your duty are second to none. You are on an on-going quest for continuous improvement and take pride surpassing customer expectation Your attention to detail followed by your ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment will ensure your success in this high touch role.
