**The opportunity - Te tūranga**

This senior leadership role reporting to the GM OD & People Experience, you will be responsible for driving organizational-wide transformational change across multiple projects and initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of change strategies that enable the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. Collaborating with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders, you will ensure that change is effectively managed to achieve business objectives, minimize disruption, and foster employee engagement.

You will be big part of Te Reo Tātaki, TVNZ embarking on two-year period of significant change business wide.

This is a fixed term contract for 12-18 months.

**What We're Looking For - Tā mātou e kimi nei**:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following
- Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale change initiatives, ideally in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Understanding and experience in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter, or similar frameworks) is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple, concurrent change projects within a transformational program.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with goals.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
