We have several opportunities for inspiring technology leaders to join our Technology team as Head of Technology. The roles are as follows: - Head of Technology - Lending Domain - Head of Technology - Payments - Head of Techology - Cards and Merchants. Your role is to provide leadership and direction to your technology domain, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and regulatory compliance. Your accountability lies in achieving business objectives, fostering high-performing teams, expertly managing resources, and ensuring systems confidentiality, integrity and availability. What are some of the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? - Develop and implement a comprehensive domain technology roadmap that aligns with BNZ’s strategic ambition and technology strategy. Define clear milestones and key performance indicators to track progress. - Build and lead a high-performing leadership team and domain. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Encourage the adoption of best practices in product, engineering, and agile methodologies. - Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring senior leaders and other colleagues are kept informed on the domain technology roadmap and progress. - Foster collaboration and alignment between technology domains and other business units. Ensure technology solutions support and enhance BNZ's strategic goals. - Manage the domain budget / cost centre effectively and optimize resource allocation to maximize the impact of technology initiatives.
