**About the position and you**:
The main focus of the position is performing data entry accurately and efficiently to ensure our medical centres meet their various targets and goals. As the senior medical administrator, you will also be supporting and training other team members, managing the remote access requirements, liaising with the Business Intelligence team regarding data updates and preparing end of month reports.

**This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday.**

About the Position and You:

- Available to start immediately
- Two years of experience in a similar customer service / admin-based role required
- Prior experience in a medical centre or medical administration role is required
- Technology savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MedTech Evolution and MedTech32
- Provide exemplary administration experience and support to the GXH network of medical centres
- Communication skills and the confidence to hit the ground running
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive and solutions focused attitude
- Providing support to our medical centres with enrolment, claiming and financial administration tasks

**This is a Full time, Permanent position. Close to public transport (Ellerslie train station & buses).**
