**About the Position and You**:
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of IT services to the pharmacy network, medical centres and national support office. This includes networks, IT infrastructure, cloud services, security, end user devices, mobile, telephony, printing, eftpos equipment and helpdesk. You must be passionate about customer service excellence.

**Do you have what we are looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Has 3+ years of experience in a systems engineer or similar role, with a focus on helpdesk and Microsoft technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
- Experience supporting network infrastructure including firewalls.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
