We are searching for a visionary leader who can steer multiple manufacturing sites and lead them on a continued journey of innovation and success As our Regional Baking Hub Manager, you'll be at the forefront of continuous improvement and will hold the reins of accountability for the overall leadership and performance of our three manufacturing sites - Quality Bakers Auckland, Quality Bakers Huntly Gluten Free, and Quality Bakers Hawkes Bay.

**Job Description**:
Your primary responsibilities will include driving safety, quality, cost optimisation, and people development within the sites. You will be the guiding force for the Site Managers within the Hub, ensuring that they align with the long-term business and operations strategy.

As a motivating leader, you'll foster a growth mindset, inspiring your team to overcome challenges and seize opportunities. Together, you'll align goals with business strategies, and create an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Your impressive track record as a Senior Manufacturing Manager in the Food, Beverage, or Baking Industry sets you up for success in this role. Your multi-site management experience and relevant qualifications ensure you play a crucial role in our exciting journey.

Your expert knowledge will be instrumental in refining processes, optimising resources, and elevating every aspect of our baking hub's efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated Senior Management Experience in the Food, Beverage, or Baking industry.
- Experience in managing multiple sites.Multi-site Experience.
- Broad understanding of product development and the interactions between manufacturing and various business areas.
- Sound knowledge of R&D, Finance and Marketing functions
- Strong GMP (Good Manufacturing Proceeses) and quality standards
- A visible leader with a proactive and genuine approach, fostering an environment of openness, trust and collaboration at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and change management skills
