**The Role**:

- We have a great opportunity for someone to lead the regional transformation across our Auckland Hubs, through the development and delivery of a comprehensive change management framework.
- This role will see you reporting to the Regional Manager and working cross functionally to improve collaboration across the Auckland Hubs.
- You will drive regional performance across the Hubs through the delivery of high quality, data driven commercial insights that inform decision making to deliver on Sales, Margin and EBIT targets. This
**Commercial Insights Manager** role will also oversee the Hub administrative functions to deliver value adding administrative support to the business: ensuring legal compliance and adherence to wider organisational requirements. You would also be overseeing the capability of the team to deliver the Hub plan through the provision of leadership, coaching and talent development. To develop, lead and execute projects to deliver against agreed outcomes and budgets.

**About you**:

- Your success in this role will be determined by your advanced Analytical abilities which has seen you proactively identify issues or opportunities within the Commercial market. Have a strong ability to influence and enact change with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in working cross-functional within the business, utilizing your transformational change experience to achieve budget outcomes. Do you have Strong commercial and business acumen, who is motivated, naturally inquisitive, and highly proficient in business intelligence.
