Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to welcome a new Lower North Island Hub Manager into our Third Party Distribution whanau, dedicated to supporting our team of Home Ownership Specialists.

This role will be based Wellington.

**Te tūranga | The role**:
As a Hub Manager, you will deliver unbeatable experiences for our Mortgage Advisers and their customers through proactive leadership, management, and development of your team.

Your leadership qualities will enable you to give clear direction, guidance and support as required. We are looking for applicants who are proactive and confident in their ability to foster a successful team environment.

You will play a key role in working closely with our team of Business Development Managers to enhance ASB's visibility in market and develop long-term relationships to contribute to the overall success of our advisers and their customers.

**Ō pūkenga | About you**:
We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track-record who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, a strong lending background and the ability to prioritise time effectively.

Your passion, drive and enthusiasm will be compelling, and you will use your well-developed problem solving, relationship and communication skills to coach, motivate and inspire a high performing team.
