This role drives sales results through your ownership of the planning, implementation, and execution for the NZ Field Sales team, with a focus on Foodstuffs North and South Island. **Make it uniquely yours.**In this role, you will:

- Maintain and develop effective relationships with your external operational team.
- Own the creation of all Foodstuff North and South Island Field Execution plans
- Drive the implementation of New Zealand Perfect Store Agenda, ensuring metrics are delivered to plan
- Ensure field sales overheads and merchandising spend is delivered in line with the budget
- Drive continuous improvement through the ownership of the compliance review process
- Be the central point of communications for the field sales team.

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

- People management or attractive opportunity to step up to and develop
- Previous Field Sales experience (advantageous)
- FMCG experience in the New Zealand market (preferred)
- A true passion for our consumers, our customers and our brands
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
