**The Opportunity**A passion for exceeding customer expectations by delivering to a high standard and demonstrating ownership for the systems and technologies you support. You will be a proactive in accelerating and igniting innovative change to initiate new ideas, yet still have the understanding of how it might affect patient outcomes. You will have the ability to tackle obstacles head-on, solve problems and see opportunities missed by others. As part of our diverse team, you will be capable of working both unsupervised and as part of group. Most importantly, you will demonstrate MidCentral’s values, beliefs and behaviours of compassion, respect, courageousness and accountability.
**Key attributes are**:
- Proven experience working within a medium to complex IT environment
- Three years + experience working in an IT client support and engagement role
- ITIL, SDLC or similar experience in service delivery, change management and release management is an advantage
- Experience working in the health sector is desired
- Experience working under different delivery methodologies - eg Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc.
