We’re set to transform both our business and our IT team, having recently realinged the team to set them up for success and to enable to better assist our stores and customers. We are seeking someone to take on this new permanent fulltime role as **Application Support Specialist** based at our Albany Support Centre.

**About the role**:
Directly reporting to the Application Manager, your role will involve providing support and acting as the key liaison between Stores, the Support Centre, and the Team for the supported systems. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Application Support functions specifically for the Store Systems technology. Moreover, you will provide 2nd and 3rd level support to the Service Desk and the Store Systems Team as needed.

Additionally, you will involve in implementing new store technology solutions.

**Key tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring that the services provided are delivered to the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in addition to working as 2nd level support to the Service Desk and the Services Delivery Team as and when required.
- Also requires flexibility for out of office hours work when stores are closed, these activities can include month end monitoring, change of ownership activities, and where support jobs are required to be completed after trading hours.
- Experience in AP, AR and GL financial transactions and their processing.
- Good problem solving skill and the ability to work independently
- Good communication and documentation skills
