We are looking for a passionate professional to join us in our Britomart Club as a Reception Manager.

If you have the desire and experience to work for an epic Kiwi brand, and can ‘do the doing’, then this is the role for you.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you’ll be part of a tightly-knit management team and responsible for the welcome, check in, enquiries, and ‘see you tomorrows’ of all our members.

Your prime responsibility is to be in charge of growing and developing a team of expert receptionists who deliver fabulous service and all the lols to our members. You’ll be recruiting, training, coaching, rostering, and leading your teams to smash their targets for member satisfaction and service.

We’re looking for an outstanding person who:

- Has experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Has proven Customer Service experience
- Has a proven track record of leading high performing teams
- Is experienced in creating departmental plans and budgets
- Is an inspirational leader with the ability and desire to develop culture and talent within a large and diverse team
- Is immaculately groomed and be fastidious about maintaining an ordered workplace
- Has their own fitness story and is committed to a healthy lifestyle
- This role is fixed-term for 7 months, covering a period of Parental Leave. It's part time of 24 hours per week, that may include shifts across the week, including weekends.- You can be assured of a fun, and hardworking culture, where we support each other to deliver world-class results.
