This organisation is well-known in the NZ construction industry. Head Office is based in Mt Wellington and they have contractors on various large construction sites all over the country at any one time. The team this role sits in provides admin support nationwide.
**Hours, Location and Duration**:
- This is a fulltime permanent vacancy.
- 40 hours per week - Mondays to Fridays.
- Based in Head Office - Mt Wellington, Auckland
**Mō te tūnga - About the role**
- Provide admin support to the Auckland branch (& nationwide when necessary)
- Manage the Reception desk (don't worry you won't be tied to that desk though, this environment is more relaxed)
- General Admin tasks
- Prepare invoices
- Enter data around job processing & payroll
- Prepare invoices
- First point of contact for all visitors to the company
- Welcome & Sign visitors in
- Manage the reception phone
**He kōrero mōu - About you**:
- You will be an experienced Administrator.
- Ideally you will have some Reception experience.
- If you've worked in the Construction industry - bonus
- You'll be suitably presented for a Reception desk.
- You'll be comfortable working in a blue collar environment eg Construction (this is not a corporate environment)
- You'll be that person who loves to help everyone in the office
- You'll be professional at all times but like to have a laugh too
- People love you because you are so organised
- Experience using SAP software would be hugely beneficial to you and the organisation
