**About us**

Situated on a unique vantage point with breath taking views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain range, our resort offers 148 guests rooms, two restaurants, a lounge bar and conference facilities. We are growing our diverse team and are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our front office team.

**Job Description**:
**About the role**

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be at the forefront of our excellent guest service, ensuring that the highest level of customer satisfaction and service is offered to our guest. You will be responsible for responding to guest requests for assistance and information in a timely and efficient manner and will ensure a smooth and efficient experience to all our guests during their stay. You will also be confident in your ability to sell and inform guests about local activities and popular tourist attractions.

**About you**
- You are a team player who are able to maintain strong working relationships, while operating in a dynamic environment that requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- You are a results focused person who creates a positive impact by delivering consistent and high quality customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and engagement skills.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Previous knowledge and experience of Opera/RTBS is desirable.
- Full NZ driver license (minimum 2 years) is desirable.
- Available to work on a 7 day per week rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
