**Senior Programme Analyst - Advisory**

As a **Senior Programme Analyst** in Beca’s Programme Advisory team, you will help solve complex, real-world challenges across major infrastructure and capital programmes. You will be part of a passionate team delivering projects that make a meaningful impact on communities across Aotearoa.
**In this role, you will**:
- Support the delivery of critical infrastructure and capital projects across sectors such as water, transport, government, defence, education, urban development, industrial and buildings
- Act as a data expert, advising clients on how to capture, manage, interpret and analyse data to improve project and programme outcomes.
- Design dashboards and visual tools to communicate data effectively and support decision-making.
- Guide the development of digital services and contribute to innovation in project delivery.
- Develop your technical, consulting and project capabilities through hands-on experience and mentorship.
- Gain exposure to Programme Management, Project Management, Project Controls and Programme Analytics across a diverse client base.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Auckland office, with a minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week. The base salary for this role is expected to range between NZD $102,400 - $153,600, depending on your skills and experience.

To be successful in this role, you’re a confident professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in delivering large-scale projects and navigating the local market landscape, and you hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
