**What you will bring**
Extensive experience within the Data and Analytics Industry, innovative thinking, and technology supporting continual growth within businesses with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders delivering tailored cloud solutions.
- Experience monitoring systems and batch processes
- Responding to client queries
- Investigating and resolving issues
- Designing and developing enhancements to client DW/BI solutions using best practice methodologies

**Your Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years experience working in teams to provide IT Support to clients
- 5+ years hands-on experience in ETL and BI tools. Report development/support using Tableau (Power BI advantageous)
- 2+ years’ experience in Azure Data factory and Microsoft (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
- Cognos and Wherescape Red
- An advantage: SAP Business Objects, Python, Snowflake and/or Databricks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience leading teams (advantageous)
