**Job Description** JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Auckland And is looking for its next Night Manager.**
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team The Night Manager is the go-to person after dark, ensuring our guests feel safe, supported, and welcome throughout the night.

**Why you?**

None of these night-time missions will scare you:
**Mission 1**: Be the main point of contact for guests overnight, handling check-ins, check-outs, and late-night queries with a smile.

**Mission 2**: Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property during the night shift.

**Mission 3**: Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies or incidents, following established procedures.

**Mission 4**:Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of public areas, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.

**Mission 5**:Complete nightly audits, reports, and handovers for the morning team.

**Mission 6**:Support the team and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere—no matter the hour.

**Mission 7**: Uphold JO&JOE’s standards of service, hospitality, and community spirit at all times.
**Qualifications** Because you’ve got it in you**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, in a management role
- Strong sense of responsibility and calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strict adherence to safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- A desire to learn and grow.

**YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE**:

- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Language required: English
