Job description
- We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team in our Albany Branch Tasks and Responsibilities: - Maintain a high quality, customer-focused approach to the delivery of services. - Comfortable dealing with customers over the phone. - Process sales orders and quotes. - The ability to understand a wide range of technology products and discuss technical information to the customers. - Assisting customers with queries and providing information to solve problems.
