**About the role**:
We have a great role for an experienced Executive Assistant to cover holiday leave for a period of approximately 4 weeks.
You'll be Executive Assistant to a Director of a very interesting and rewarding programme of work.
You'll also provide administrative and coordination support to and a great team of dedicated professionals.
Come and assist this high profile organisation within the health advocacy sector. You'll love the work that they do, and will be welcomed by this friendly team You'll also get a couple of days handover, to make for a smooth transition into the role.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
- Diary management for the Director and Assistant Director.
- Arranging travel and accommodation bookings, organising catering for events.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings;
- Proofreading and formatting documents, board papers.
- Attend team meetings and taking minutes on occasion.
**You will bring**:
A minimum of 2 years EA/PA or Team Coordination experience
Public sector experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A friendly, professional, and positive approach.
