This role is Auckland based.
Mōu | About you
You're an experienced EA with a history of supporting key leaders and important programmes of work. In previous roles you've been known for your efficiency and ability to keep up with a fast pace of incoming work. You've got a continuous improvement mind-set and natural agility. You're culturally competent, and confident at putting together hui and working with leaders. You're able to facilitate meetings and take detailed minutes. Most importantly, your initiative allows you to assess and solve complex issues while working at pace.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
This role requires and/or would benefit from the following
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn
- Experience operating in a confidential/secure environment with access to sensitive information
- Experience supporting a leader in an EA role
- Experience connecting and collaborating with large diverse teams through change
- Expert admin skills across MS office suite (ideally including OneNote), and an ability to use tools like Miro for the facilitation of meetings
