Scots College offers dual pathway options for its senior students, delivering both NCEA and the IB Diploma, for which we are fully authorised. We are also authorised for the delivery of the Middle Years and Primary Years Programmes.

Applicants should have:

- Experience working in a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in education, career development, or a related field (preferred).
- A willingness to work with students and inspire them to find the direction that most suits their skills and personal aspirations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and external partners.
- Excellent organisational and event management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for student development and future planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff while taking initiative and working independently.
- Proficiency in using and implementing technology to streamline processes.
- A commitment to our special character.
