These services provide hospital-based secondary and tertiary level specialist oral health services for eligible people living in the greater Auckland area.
In this busy role, you will be the one point of co-ordination for patients and manage the booking and scheduling waitlists, provide secretarial and administrative support to the clinical consultants as well participating in Reception duties. This is an important position with the opportunity to make big difference to the administrative running of the team and to positively impact the experience of our patients.
They’ll be all sorts of opportunities for you to review and improve our processes and you’ll be supported in developing and implementing your ideas to better serve our patients. It’s fast paced work with lots of competing demands for your attention and prioritisation.
A standard day is 8 hours with some flexibility around start and finish times; working days are Monday to Sunday and there is an expectation that you will work some hours over a weekend. There is an opportunity for an element of remote working in this role and this may vary depending on requirements of the service.
