**What’s the opportunity?**
An opportunity has arisen for a Retail Marketing Specialist to join team in East Tamaki for a period of 6 months.
**Role Overview**: As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness across our retail channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform your strategies. You will be responsible for advertising initiatives for our KGM and LDV brands to establish a strong and emotional connection with our customers. The primary objective is to increase brand consideration and commitment, driving qualified and engaged users to online assets and dealerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive retail activation plans tailored to our retail outlets, including in-store promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, signage, and displays that effectively communicate our brand message and promotions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in retail marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends.
