Services Coordinator

We are looking for a North Island and South Island Coordinator based in Auckland and Christchurch. Are you super-organized and detail-obsessed?  Do you love a good process?  Are you happy to manage both up and down?  Then this is the role for you The role will be a combination of planning, scheduling, and overseeing lifting inspections. You will be the central point of coordination between technicians, clients and internal departments, focused on growing our Services offerings and supporting Account Managers.

About the role:

In this busy role, you will:

• Plan and coordinate customer examinations, inspection, testing and services.
• Be the primary point of contact for client enquiries relating to inspection schedules, reports, certificates, and job progress. Plan and coordinate advanced services, including MRT, wire rope projects.
• Schedule jobs based on technician skill sets, availability, and geographic location.
• Respond to urgent or reactive service requests and reassign resources accordingly.
• Liaise with relevant branch workshop teams for in-house testing and repair services.
• Clear and consistent planned communication with our customers, daily/weekly/monthly
• Responsible for the creation of new customer accounts within Bricert with the support of the Sales and Accounts Team
• Process invoicing weekly, supported by Services Delivery Manager
• Manage any customer complaints in a timely manner, within 24hrs and with support from the relevant Business Managers
• Ensure all lifting services are scheduled and delivered in accordance with AS/NZ standards, regulations, and company procedures and industry best practice
• Manage and supervise services technicians ensuring adherence to SHEQ, SOP's and all company policies and procedures
• Compliance with all BBRG, Bekaert and Cookes QSE policies, standards and procedures including lifesaving rules

What you will bring to this role:

• Must have a demonstrated minimum 3 years' experience in a scheduling, project management or coordinator role (preferably within lifting, mechanical, or industrial services)

• Strong supervisor and or managerial skills

• Understanding of lifting equipment and regulatory (LEEA) is strongly preferred. (Training will be provided)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Competent using job management software, scheduling tools, Bricert and Microsoft office Suite
• Ability to meet deadlines and plan and prioritise workloads
• Full NZ drivers' licence
