Based in Auckland and reporting to the Sales & Customer Education Manager this is an exciting new role providing administration and coordination to support the maintenance of our learning management systems and education hub designed to drive sales and improve patient outcomes around the world.

**Among the many responsibilities you will find yourself**:

- Maintaining and managing content and users as required across our learning and presentation platforms.
- Coordinating the development and deployment of educational content for international markets
- Performing administrative tasks to support the marketing, education and sales activities of the team which includes managing multiple mailboxes
- Identifying and undertaking opportunities for continuous improvement activities enhancing team effectiveness and efficiency
- Coordinating team activities to optimize project delivery

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to collaborate, as well as your positive approach and ability to simply get things done. If you enjoy working in a support function and being able to bring all the pieces together within a high performing team, then this is an opportunity you really should consider.

**We are ideally looking for someone with**:

- 2+ years' experience in learning development
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office skills are preferable
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to use your initiative and work independently on multiple projects at a time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
