Our Sector Digital Channels team plays a pivotal role as a catalyst for change in our nationally enabled services. Our mission is to create digital solutions that are both cost-effective and sustainable, revolutionizing accessibility through user-friendly digital self-service options and assisted channels. Our team proudly takes the lead in managing, delivering, and offering unwavering support for all our national external services. These services, curated by Data and Digital, are tailored for entities beyond Health New Zealand, Hauora Māori Services, and Manatū Hauora.

**Mōu | About you**

As a valued member of our Products team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology services meet the needs of Health New Zealand and our community. Together, we're dedicated to enhancing these services and prioritising the well-being of our users.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the success of projects and programs by providing insightful product analysis and support. You'll work closely with our Senior Product Analyst, assisting with key tasks as needed, all while receiving guidance and direction.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- A tertiary qualification in computer science, information science, business systems, or equivalent experience.
- The ability to engage and hold meaningful conversations with users of the systems.
- Strong experience in a comparable role delivering positive business outcomes and associated entry level to intermediate knowledge and skill in core aspects of analysis and solution development.
- Experience working with reporting tools and managing data sets in line with Privacy Standards.
- Successful experience in managing a small to medium portfolios of work involving multiple and concurrent needs.
- Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to prioritising work to meet deadlines.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to develop, maintain and influence professional working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to explain information in a way that is readily understood.
- Analytical and enquiring mindset, with a willingness to ask probing questions to understand the underlying information.
