Reporting to the General Manager, and working closely with the technical, engineering and project teams, your remit will spearhead sales of our products and sheet metal solutions to an impressive customer base across the Defence, Electronics, Telecommunications and Industrial machinery sectors. Your day-today responsibility will also include;
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and industry events
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and estimating teams to develop accurate quotes and proposals for custom fabrication projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand technical requirements and project specifications
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and metrics in collaboration with the GM.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Participate in pricing strategies and negotiations to maximise profitability

**Accordingly, we are targeting an individual with a background gained (possibly trade) from within the sheet metal/fabrication/engineering sector, possessing the following attributes**:

- Sales/Business Development experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at a variety of levels
