The Role
We're embarking on a major ERP transformation, a critical programme on our path to a new energy future. Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for our next Change Manager to lead and embed change across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
You'll be instrumental in shaping how we bring our people together across business units, breaking down silos and ensuring alignment between Digital and the wider business. Your ability to engage, influence, and empower stakeholders will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities

- Apply a structured methodology (ideally PROSCI/ADKAR) and lead change management activities through the application of change management processes and tools.
- Assess change impacts and facilitate change impact assessment workshops.
- Develop and execute communication strategies and training plans.
- Manage resistance and foster adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with business leaders to co-create sponsor roadmaps and coaching plans.
- Support the development of a high-performing change practice, including future team structure and capability uplift.
- Work with business SMEs, data stewards and change champions to conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Develop actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans and define/measure success metrics.
- Support and engage internal and external senior leaders, coach managers and supervisors, and ensure end user readiness.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience and track record of success leading complex change in large-scale programmes, ideally in ERP or digital transformations within sectors like energy, banking, or telco.
- Solid experience in change management across multiple business dimensions/functions, including project management, in progressively senior roles in organisations of similar size and complexity to Vector.
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, particularly in being able to navigate complex environments and build trust across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to unify diverse teams and foster a sense of shared purpose.
- PROSCI certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven success and experience within an organisation that has undergone significant transformation is a distinct bonus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience.
