Joining our talented team, you’ll be tasked with delivering end to end business and customer value by owning the product strategy, discovery and delivery of Countdown’s Real Time Loyalty Platform as well as helping to shape the capabilities supporting our Loyalty offering.

Our Product Managers inspire cross-functional teams to build industry-leading products to solve real problems for our customers and maximise business value. As a Senior Product Manager you are responsible for the overall product strategy and delivery of value, have commercial accountability and contribute to the Product Practice by defining frameworks and supporting others in developing their craft.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Develop a deep understanding of internal and external customer opportunities
- Champion the product vision to foster alignment and buy-in within the squad and across the business
- Work across the business to define a robust and evolving product strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Architecture team to align technical and product roadmaps
- Lead the platform squad to engage in modern product discovery activities
- Ensure excellence in delivery and ongoing nurture of the product, in collaboration with other squads
- Take responsibility for creating a thriving, high-performing squad which brings all disciplines together effectively
- Be accountable for the product’s impact on business and customer outcomes

**About You | Mōu
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who enjoys inspiring and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role you will:

- Have experience in technical domains and not be afraid to dive into the details to solve thorny technical challenges with your team
- Know what it takes to scale technical platforms - having worked in API-first SaaS (either B2C or B2B) companies
- Know how to construct product strategies and create buy-in and belief across the business
- Be an advocate of fully-empowered product teams
- Understand what it takes to deliver products that enable other product teams
- Be a confident coach, always helping others to embed great practices
