**Role Overview**:
At Soul Machines, a Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and driving a key area of Soul Machines Platform stack including Digital DNA Studio, our Industry leading Digital Person creation tool. They will be capable of solving complex problems quickly, collaborating across organizations and directly with senior stakeholders. They will be an excellent communicator responsible for helping to grow our business by establishing a consistent track record of delivering customer value by evangelizing and communicating customer needs across the organization. They will be primarily responsible for helping us to reduce customer friction, focusing equally on quantitative and qualitative insights to drive our experiences. This individual will be a passionate organized leader, possessing a technical background married with strategic experience and a drive to enrich the human-machine experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Product team, Engineering, and R&D team to define and manage the product roadmap and strategy.
- Work across Soul Machines to provide product direction and leadership to evangelize the broader product strategy.
- Lead their individual product development team and develop a culture that is inclusive and customer-obsessed, with a bias to action and solving problems.
- Support the growth and development of your peers and junior Product Managers.

**Essential Skills**
- Strategic thinker with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Shape product experience strategy and roadmap
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and passion for thriving in a start-up environment, contributing to the growth of the culture as well as the business.
- Communication - must be a natural storyteller with great presentation skills and the ability to facilitate conversations and understanding across multiple disciplines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience developing and growing multi-sided SaaS marketplaces
- Previously worked in a creator focused community or Web3-based start-up
- Passion for developing one of the essential AI technologies that will influence the way that the metaverse comes to life.
- Experience with conversational AI and the tools and platforms that creators use.
