Customer Experience Owner

We have an opening for an outstanding leader to join ASB's Lend and Protect (L&P) Tribe. **Mo te tūranga | About the Role**: Our workstream is customer obsessed, made up of big thinkers that start small and deliver fast, and we focus on quality outputs while striving to be simply brilliant in experience and delivery. You will be responsible for the experience and execution strategy, supporting your squad(s) to deliver outcomes with a focus on business impact and customer outcomes, shifting away from how we do things today and focusing on the future. You will work closely with stakeholders in ASB's lending transformation programmes, Personal Bank and more broadly across the organisation If the opportunity to change the way our customers experience home lending origination at ASB sounds exciting, then this role is for you. **Mōu | About you**: - You have extensive experience in financial services and technology delivery, with an innovation mindset.
