With this in mind, we are actively looking for opportunities to better develop and manage supply through optimised forecasting and demand planning and ensure we make conscious business decisions with the right level of sales insights.

**About the role**

Our aspiration is “no-one is easier to do business with” and this will need to be your mantra Reporting to our Head of Category Planning & Operations and as part of a newly created team, you will champion the S&OP change program by developing the right levels of forecasting and supply planning capability to deliver customer fulfilment whilst optimising inventory levels more effectively. There will be a priority focus on improving supply management by evolving our planning process and forecasting capability, to ultimately deliver a better customer experience and achieve commercial outcomes.

**About you**:
You will have proven S&OP experience, either in supply, demand and/or finance.

Confidence in your ability to not only execute at a task level but also have the vision to set a future pathway and develop the culture within the business around demand & supply planning in a highly challenged and matrixed environment.

You enjoy being able to muck in and be hands on whilst being a collaborative leader to move the balance from the historical “just in time” model to a more integrated business planning and sustainable approach.

You will be a strong communicator and can influence different layers of an organisation.
- In addition, you will also be able to contribute the folowing
- Strong analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Strategically focused with the ability to navigate through initial phases of ambiguity
- Experience in distribution, retail and/or building trade would be an advantage

This role is working at our Head Office in Penrose, a permanent opportunity, where hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
