What your role and typical day might look like
As the Programmatic Media Executive you’ll be assisting with the planning, executing and reviewing of Ad Ops and Programmatic media initiatives, support the wider team in reporting and other day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities could include:
- Timely and accurate campaign implementation & reporting, proactive optimisation, and high attention to detail to ensure exceptional client service and support- Deliver and support the delivery of programmatic education or product updates across dentsu teams or clients direct- Develop and maintain professional, respectful, and productive relationships with key media and technology partners, engaging support where required- Actively support the trialling or implementation of new technologies, data opportunities, inventory sources or other project-based work- Support Programmatic Account Managers and Seniors as required with broader client group- Ensuring best practice business processes and workflow procedures are implemented correctly utilising media monitoring and billing tools to accurately manage bookings and pipeline management
A bit about you:
- Up to 2 years’ experience in media, ideally in an Ad Operations, Campaign Executive, or similar position- Experience using Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools such as Campaign Manager 360, and intermediate Microsoft excel skills- A strategic and logical thinker with a flair for data, bringing together insights and actions to ensure a successful client campaign- Process driven with a collaborative attitude and proactive communication style. Able to prioritise and manage expectations with teams and clients to achieve goals
