The opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building strong relationships with our ASB banking partner teams to open new opportunities for growth and to maximise and maintain quality referral volumes.

This is a newly created opportunity for a period of 12 months.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the ASB Insurance Engagement Team, Regional Managers, and Insurance Managers with business and rural product knowledge to drive growth in these channels- Delivering specialised expert training, coaching, development, and support to Business Insurance Managers to build relationships and provide good customer outcomes- Being an active AIA brand ambassador and influencer both internally and externally- Recording all required sales activity in relevant sales system and generating and analysing monthly sales reports on current and future sales activity- Managing channel communications with appropriate departments and proactively alerting the Line 1 risk team of any issues or concerns- Contributing to sales planning processes and implementation of plans.

We're looking for someone who has:
- A comprehensive understanding of the ASB/AIA product range and willingness to engage and promote ASB product suite- In-depth experience and a solid understanding of ASB and insurance- High level of understanding and proven success in coaching for increased performance- Superior relationship management experience, with a proven ability to develop deep relationships at all levels internally and externally- Demonstrated risk management skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry risk issues- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and timeframes- Strong financial services experience- Proven ability in building effective relationships and influencing others- Experience in workshop facilitation, presentation, and training.
