We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Delivery Manager to join our client’s team Being a well-trusted and loved New Zealand owned and operated organisation, this business is committed to building an extensible digital platform that delivers the agility and adaptability required to respond to our client’s accelerating growth path and provide a rich omni-channel experience for customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans and oversee the delivery of new features and services
- Implement and maintain service management processes and procedures, including incident management, problem management, and change management
- Monitor platform performance and availability, implementing proactive measures to prevent service disruption
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a.NET environment
- Proven experience in cross-functional team collaboration, including product managers, a team of developers, and managing service delivery
- Strong understanding of service management processes and procedures, including incident management, problem management, and change management
- Experience with Azure and Logic Apps
- Familiarity with C# and.NET programming languages
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
